,
I know it isn't very pleasant when you apply for jobs and don't hear back.
I mean, WHY won't they let you interview with them ONCE?
Be assured, there is nothing wrong with you as a person.
What is wrong is your marketing.
You get an interview call when they are convinced that you are qualified to perform the job's roles and responsibilities.
In that case, is your resume, LinkedIn profile, and portfolio expressing that:
- You are QUALIFIED - you meet all educational, certifications, and experiential qualifications necessary.
- You have made CONTRIBUTIONS - you have been able to deliver results instead of just going through mundane responsibilities.
- Your USP - what makes you unique in terms of what you bring to the table and what you will add to the organization.
If any of these 3 is missing, your marketing falls flat on its face and fails.
Remember, you get an interview call because they are sure that you are qualified to do the job.
But even others are qualified, so stay a step ahead in the game.
I help you do that HERE ,
