Hi ,
Some October mornings go like this:
Bed.
Alarm.
Phone.
Coffee.
Computer.
By lunch, most of the daylight you've seen has come through a window.
A 2025 study looked at sunlight exposure and sleep in 1,762 adults in Brazil.
Every additional 30 minutes of sunlight before 10:00 was associated with a sleep midpoint around 23 minutes earlier. Sleep midpoint is simply the halfway point between falling asleep and waking up.
