It's May - Let's RESET

image

You don't need a new life.

You need a reset.

Feeling tired, inflamed, out of routine — or just a little off?

Spring is here. And it is the BEST time to dust off or create habits again.

The Healthy Six is a simple, powerful step back to feeling like you.

In only six weeks, you WILL feel better.

This holistic program brings you back to the six pillars of lasting health — fitness, nutrition, sleep, mindfulness, social connection - or what I like to call joy, and gratitude — with structure, support, and soul.

Here’s what a single day on the Healthy Six

🧘‍♀️ Mindfulness Prompt: “What would it feel like to come home to yourself today?

🌅 Exercise: Inspiration AND content. We start each day with 15 minutes of mobility and LIVE virtual class. For Toronto-area residents, weekly PARK classes included. In addition, a vast library of exercise snacks, 10 and 20-minute workouts.

🥗 Nutrition Reset: High protein, bursting with veg, fiber-rich, anti-inflammatory meals + a simple grocery list. Salads! Smoothies. Soups. Food as fuel.

🧘‍♀️ Mindfulness Prompt: “What would it feel like to come home to yourself today?”

📓 Gratitude Journal: 3 things you're thankful for

💬 Community Check-In: Daily dose of inspiration + connection
