Hey ,
Most of the tension we live with isn’t caused by lack of movement.
It’s caused by too much doing and not enough listening.
Yin Yoga creates a container where the deeper layers of the body—fascia, joints, connective tissue—can slowly unwind. But more importantly, it gives the nervous system permission to downshift.
In this class, we’ll explore:
- Long, supported holds (no rushing, no forcing)
- Simple shapes that meet you where you are
- Space to observe sensation without needing to fix it
People often leave Yin feeling:
- More spacious in their body
- Quieter in their mind
- Less “armored” against life
That’s why I call it taking the issues out of the tissues—because when the body softens, other things often follow.
So just remember this:
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to keep up.
If this sounds like something your body could use, here are the details:
If you’re unsure, that’s okay. Yin meets hesitation gently too.
