Merry (almost) Christmas, my friends!!
I hope you're enjoying all the best the holiday season has to offer and feeling far less rushed and behind than I am :) I'll keep it brief today so you can focus on your preparations / celebrations (and I can finally get some presents wrapped!).
After pushing through to get Palace of Lights ready for you in my last newsletter, I'll admit I've done very little since then on the writing front. (If you haven't snagged your copy yet, you can find it here.) But I have big plans for 2026! I'm hoping that once we reach the relative quiet of January I can hit the ground running with new projects. Stay tuned for at least two new releases next year!
One authorly thing I did accomplish this month was getting The Dancer and the Dragon Speaker audiobook uploaded on lots of retailers! The quality control process can take a while so it isn't live everywhere yet, but keep an eye out for it on your favorite audiobook site. And to celebrate, I'm running a sale through the end of the year! After you snag the ebook for $0.99, then you can tack on the audiobook for half its usual price. Think of it as a bonus Christmas gift :) (Or you can check out the TDATDS audiobook on the Romantasy Vault YouTube channel if you prefer!) Happy reading / listening!
I also participated in a craft show this past weekend. Clearly I'm going to need a new setup soon once I release more books :) The show was cozy and quiet, but I enjoyed getting to know the other vendors and meeting some new readers.
I pray that you all have a blessed Christmas and a New Year filled with joy and hope. Enjoy celebrating this beautiful season with your loved ones, and I look forward to connecting with you again next month!
Book Spotlights
If Clean & Sweet Fantasy Romance is your favorite genre, then this promo is 100% for you! SO MANY of my favorite authors are on this list (the graphic is just a tiny portion), and every one of these books is FR33! Enjoy!
Jes Drew is one of the new-to-me authors I'm most excited to read in 2026. And she has a new book release! Doesn't that cover give you heart-eyes? This Thawed Heart is a clean romantasy retelling of Romeo and Juliet - but this time with a happy ending!
Have you read anything by Christina Baehr yet? Her cozy fantasy books about dragons in Edwardian England are just the cutest. A Menagerie of Dragons just released earlier this month and looks just as enchanting as her Secrets of Ormdale Series!
