Strong Women - and the week ahead

Happy Sunday

Yesterday was International Women's Day and the theme was ACCELERATE ACTION. I am proud to be part of the exercise is medicine movement, and to be accelerating action in my small way every day!

A new study showed that as little as 10 bodyweight squats performed every 45 minutes outperformed a single 30-minute walk when it came to controlling blood sugar, thanks to a powerful metabolic player—lactate.

Checkout this 3 MIN Exercise Snack to INXS I Need You Tonight - you will get more squats in, and increase your energy and balance your blood sugar!

Coming up in April......

Aruveyda tells us that our bodies adapt to the seasons. We become a little more sluggish in winter, perhaps put on a few pounds, slow down a little more. As the weather warms up, the Pitta (fire and heat) within us starts to build and we look to renew and release. I have included a 5-day Aruveya DIY cleanse here, and many other resources to get you to start thinking about a SPRING RESET

We will be doing our SPRING HEALTHY SIX: RENEWAL Beginning April 19th!

See you tomorrow - reach out for any 1:1 support you might need, and let's start thinking about creating our healthiest selves this SPRING!
